Great family owned business that made the car buying process very easy. Our saleswoman Sam was friendly and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Her dad was working on the building and we chatted for a bit about cars. They know Subarus very well, which is helpful in Marietta which doesn't have a dealer locally. Next time I am in the market, I'll check here first!

I was in desperate need of a vehicle. Joe and Missy, the owners, were accommodating to us just showing up on a Saturday at the lot. They were working in the garage but gladly talked with us and showed us vehicles we were interested in. They were kind, polite, and welcoming. I did a credit application online before coming in to speak with Bryan and Sam on Monday. They helped us get the financing we wanted and was so accommodating to us needing a vehicle as soon as possible. We did not have an appointment, but they were gracious with us throughout the whole process. Joe fixed the air conditioning before we left the lot with the truck to ensure we were happy with the purchase. The folks at Putnam Auto Sales are top tier. Definitely will recommend them to everyone I know looking for a vehicle. Honest, kind, hardworking people!! I cannot say enough good things about them. I am super happy with our Chevy Silverado too! A family member has bought two vehicles here in the past and recommended them. I will always recommend Putnam Auto Sales from now on. Thank you all for everything! This is for you Joe and Sam ;)

Putnam Auto Sales in Marietta, OH is my go to for any vehicle needs from here on out. I would unequivocally recommend them to family, friends, anyone. Yesterday was my first experience, though at 72 y.o. I've had many vehicles in may states.I traded in a truck I'd had about 8yrs, purchased a used Subaru Forester. Everyone was personable, helpful, up front. The owner & I discussed prices of trade & purchase without haggling or arm twisting. Concesions were made on both sides. There were a couple small issues to address which was taken care of while doing 'paperwork' (which was also painless & Sam worked some magic) and the owner went over the car with me, including up on a hoist, pointing out aspects using his professional background. Sam/finance & Brian/sales, were really wonderful, responsive, really good communication. I'm very happy with this entire experiance with Putnam Auto, likely the easiest & most pleasant vehicle transaction I've ever had. These days it's almost necessary to distrust businesses, or folks, and I felt confidence walking in and great confidence leaving with my 'new to me' car. If I could leave more stars I would. Got my 2013 Chevy Sonic from them. It ended up overheating, and they took it back same day and got it fixed for me. It's been over a week now with no issues.They are willing to work with people if any unknown issues arise shortly after purchase, and seem like good, honest people!Since the repairs, the car has run smoothly, good A/C, too!

Putnam bought my mother’s car at a special time in her life where she was retiring from driving. They guided us through the process and provided a receipt and copy of transferred title. They did so with kindness and professionalism. These are the kind of people with whom I like to do business.
